Interest combined with passion brings the best results in learning a language,however you need other four things to learn a language,they are:

1-Imitiation

2-repitition

3-practice

and

4- enforcement

so you need to listen to the language from a native speaker and imitate him/her and repeat after him/her,then practice what you learnt and use it in your life.
